COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer,

As you may be aware, the New Zealand Government has announced a country-wide level 4 lockdown that commenced at midnight on Wednesday 18 August. Initially, it has been set for 7 days for the Auckland region and 3 days for the rest of New Zealand.

As a result, the main BIZPROMO production facility based in Dunedin will not be operating until Monday 23 August at the earliest. We will provide a further update should there be an extension past the initial 3 days.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We hope production may resume safely as soon as possible.

In the meantime kindly refer to the important information below regarding our service during this time.

Important Information

Customer Service & Order Processing

Our Auckland based customer service team will be working from home and available via email as per usual.

Order Processing and Artwork teams will be operating as per normal.

Production

Our factory will be offline until at least Monday 23 August, all orders currently in production will be despatched as soon as possible when production resumes.

All orders approved while the factory is closed will be scheduled for production when it is confirmed when we will be able to resume production.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to make any commitments on delivery timeframes.
