How the Process Works
Ordering Your Branded Products Is Easy
Whether you order directly through our website or request a quotation by email, the process is simple. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the artwork, proofing, production and dispatch stages.
1. Choose Your Product & Place Your Order
Order online: Select your product, colour, quantity and branding options, then place your order through our website.
Request a quote: Send us your product, quantity, colour and branding requirements, and we’ll prepare a quotation for you.
2. Confirm Your Order
For quotation-based orders, simply confirm that you’re happy with the quotation and would like to proceed.
For online orders, your order is confirmed once it has been successfully placed through our website.
3. Send Us Your Artwork
Please provide your logo or artwork in vector format, such as AI, EPS or SVG, for the best printing results.
Not sure if your artwork is suitable? No problem — we’re happy to help.
4. Review Your Artwork Proof
We’ll prepare a digital artwork proof (mock-up) and invoice, generally within 24 hours of receiving your artwork.
For website orders, the invoice will be provided as a paid invoice.
Please check your product, logo, colours, positioning and other details carefully.
5. Approve Your Proof
Once you’re happy with the artwork proof, simply confirm your approval.
Production will only begin after the artwork proof has been approved.
6. Payment
For quotation-based orders, payment is required before production begins.
For online orders, payment is completed during checkout.
7. Receive Your Dispatch Date
Once your artwork has been approved, payment has been received and all required details have been confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated dispatch date.
8. Production
Your order will go into production according to the applicable production lead time.
Production times vary depending on the product and branding method.
9. Dispatch
Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a dispatch notification with tracking details.
For the best printing results, please provide your logo or artwork in vector format, such as AI, EPS or SVG.
If your artwork is not supplied in vector format, we may need to redraw or recreate it, which may incur an additional artwork fee.
For more information about artwork and file requirements, please see our Artwork Requirements page.
Production Lead Times
Production times vary depending on the product, branding method and whether the product is ex-stock.
Please check our Current Production Lead Times for the latest information.
Important Notifications
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
If you do not receive an expected artwork proof, approval confirmation, dispatch date or dispatch notification, please contact us so we can check your order status.
