COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear Valued Customer
The New Zealand Government has announced that Auckland will move to Level 3 lockdown from 11.59pm 21st of September until 11.59pm on the 5th of October. The rest of the country will stay in Level 2.
Our main production facility is located in Dunedin so we will be able to resume production on Wednesday the 1st of September.
We will provide another update should there be any further changes. In the meantime, kindly refer to the important information below regarding our service during this time.
Customer Service & Order Processing
Our Auckland customer service team will continue to work from home and are available via email.
Order Processing and Artwork teams will continue to operate as per normal.
All printed and unprinted orders will be despatched as per normal.
