COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer

The New Zealand Government has extended the nationwide Level 4 lockdown until and including Friday 27 August. Auckland will remain in level 4 until 11.59pm 31 August.

However, there are yet to be any cases detected in the South Island where the main production facility is located(Dunedin). Providing there continues to be no cases in our region, we are expecting that restrictions will be reduced and we will be able to resume production on Monday 30 August.

It is important to note that under NZ Level 4 restrictions all non-essential work is prohibited unless it can be done from home.

We will provide a further update should there be any further change. In the meantime kindly refer to the important information below regarding our service during this time.

Important Information

Customer Service & Order Processing

Our Auckland customer service team will continue to work from home and are available via email.

Order Processing and Artwork teams will continue to operate as per normal.

Production

Our factory(Dunedin) will now be offline until at least Monday 30 August.

All orders that were in production prior to lockdown will be despatched as soon as possible when production resumes.

All orders approved while the factory is closed will be scheduled for production when it is confirmed that our staff can safely return to work for production to resume.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any commitments on delivery timeframes.
