COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer

The New Zealand Government has announced that Auckland will stay in Level 4 lockdown until 11.59pm on the 14th of September. The rest of the country will move to level 2 from 11.59pm on the 7th of September.

Our main production facility is located in Dunedin so we will be able to resume production on Wednesday the 1st of September.

We will provide another update should there be any further changes. In the meantime, kindly refer to the important information below regarding our service during this time.

Important Information

Customer Service & Order Processing

Our Auckland customer service team will continue to work from home and are available via email.

Order Processing and Artwork teams will continue to operate as per normal.   

Production

Our production line will resume operation from the 1st of September.

All orders that were in production prior to lockdown will be despatched as soon as possible.

Despatch and Freight

While Auckland is in Level 4, we are unable to despatch Magnetic Note Pads from our Auckland site until restrictions are eased.

All printed and unprinted orders will be despatched as per normal.
